The SEVEN project in Al Khobar is a planned major waterfront entertainment complex (also known as “The Waves”), spanning around 300,000 m², set to include world‑class leisure, retail, dining, and entertainment attractions.
It forms part of SEVEN’s nationwide plan (backed by Public Investment Fund – PIF) to build 21 entertainment destinations across Saudi Arabia, aimed at boosting quality of life, domestic tourism and regional entertainment infrastructure.
