The New Murabba project is a huge mixed use downtown development in northwestern Riyadh, spanning 19 km² and including over 104,000 residential units, 9,000 hotel rooms, massive retail, office, leisure, and community space — designed to create a “city within a city.”
At its heart will be Mukaab, an iconic 400 m cubed structure — a new architectural landmark combining homes, hospitality, retail, culture and technology under sustainable, walkable and smart city design principles.
