The Avenues – Riyadh is a massive mixed-use development under construction in northern Riyadh — once completed it will host one of the Middle East’s largest malls (with ~370,000–390,000 sqm leasable area) plus multiple towers for hotels, residences and offices.
The project spans about 1.87 million sqm built-up area and is scheduled to open around 2026, blending modern design with local (Salmani) architecture — aiming to become a major lifestyle, retail and tourism hub in line with Saudi Arabia’s broader development goals.
