The Avenues – Khobar is a massive mixed-use development in Al Khobar combining shopping, entertainment, hospitality and commercial/tower spaces — including hotels, offices, cinemas, restaurants and public gardens.
Spanning a built-up area of roughly 696,000 m² with a gross leasable area ~167,000–175,000 m², it’s set to open by 2027 and aims to become a landmark destination for retail, leisure and business in the Eastern Province.
